Welcome to Disle. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By engaging and using the services of Disle, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- The Digital Agency offers a range of digital marketing, web design, development, advertising, branding, and related services, as agreed upon in writing or electronically with the Client.
- The specific details, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or statement of work, mutually agreed upon by the Digital Agency and the Client.
- The Client shall provide accurate and complete information necessary for the Digital Agency to perform the services effectively.
- The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, copyrights, and other legal rights related to content provided to the Digital Agency for use in the project.
- The Digital Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
- The Digital Agency’s fees, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods will be specified in the project agreement or invoice.
- The Client shall make timely payments to the Digital Agency as per the agreed terms.
- Upon receipt of full payment, the Digital Agency grants the Client a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use the deliverables solely for the agreed-upon purposes.
- The Client shall review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner to ensure project progress and timely completion.
- The Client shall not use the services to distribute spam, viruses, or other harmful content.
- The Client shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems.
- The Digital Agency and the Client shall maintain the confidentiality of each other’s proprietary information, trade secrets, and other sensitive data shared during the project.
- The Digital Agency shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
- Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party, specifying the reason for termination.
- The Digital Agency reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any of the terms of this Agreement.
By engaging the services of the Disle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
